But, if your business is already set up or you need more than one of the services we offer, you might be thinking “There’s nothing here for me!” or “Man, this is going to be pricey when we add it all up.” And trust us, we’ve heard both of those concerns from a number of clients.
In every case, we’ve found a way to work with the clients, and a few of them have worked out so well we’ve decided to make them a regular offering for everyone….
Flat Fee for All Packages 2013
Starter Service Level ($500 per month) – This package provides monthly legal/business consultation via phone calls, emails or in-person meetings, as well as up to two basic documents per year (drafted) or four basic documents per year (reviewed and revised).
Emerging Growth Service Level ($750 per month) – For the business with needs that have outgrown the Starter Package, this package provides monthly legal/business consultation via phone calls, emails or in-person meetings, as well as up to four basic documents per year (drafted) or six basic documents per year (reviewed and revised).
Established Business Service Level ($900+ per month) – A more tailored package for businesses that have gone through their first growth cycle and are definitely here to stay. At a minimum this package provides up to three hours per month of legal/business consultation via phone calls, emails or in-person meetings. Additionally, our office will review the previous year’s legal needs of clients at this level to determine what their legal needs are likely to be in the coming year, and will establish a custom level of document review and drafting on a yearly basis.
