It’s annual renewal time again!
Minnesota limited liability companies and corporations may renew their entities anytime between now and the end of the year. In fact, we’ve gotten notifications from the Minnesota Secretary of State that many of you are already doing this on your own. Others of you will receive emails from us in the coming weeks, asking you to confirm who will handle this important part of keeping your company and/or assumed name in good standing. Please make sure you either take care of it yourself, or respond to our prompts so that you maintain all the good protection that entity provides you and so you don’t incur extra fees.
